Medical Technical Performance Establishment (MTP) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
2. Opened medical products, custom-made products, and activated digital licenses are not eligible for return.
3. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify MTP within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.
4. Once the return is approved and the product has been inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
5. Shipping costs will be covered by MTP if the return is due to an error by the company or a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, the actual shipping charges may be deducted.
6. Some medical devices are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
